If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the item unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached, within 14 days for an exchange or refund*.

When returning items, please make note your order number and the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for any returned item until it arrives back at royal leotards, customers are reasonable for returned postage costs.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

 

*Goods that are faulty may be returned at any time up to 14 days from the date of purchase and thereafter at the discretion of Royal Leotards

 

*Personalised garments and special designs cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size/colour.

 

*Pilling may occur on Sublimated fabrics (ie soft print Lycra) when it comes in contact with Velcro and any other rough surfaces. The back/bottom area of the leotard can pill easier than other areas.  Due to the nature of the fabric we cannot offer exchanges or refunds.

 

*Sale item are exchange only and non refundable

 

This does not affect a customer’s statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.
